We are actively acquiring businesses in various sectors in the UK. We have sector-specific consultants on board who assist with specific industries if needed. Leasehold or Freehold will be acceptable. The key is that you are actively trading, and have been for several years, in an established location. We will also consider distressed businesses under the right circumstances.

Our specialist team of expert accountants and lawyers will look over every detail of a business. The EBITDA should be in the region of £350,000, with active contracts and returning business. We can and will move quickly on our end, with regards to finance. We can look at businesses up to the £5,000,000 Turnover mark.

In the UK, we are focussing on Midlands, South and South east. However, we may carefully consider other locations, if the business fits our criteria. We are also open to digital businesses in other areas of the UK, that don’t require a heavy on-site presence. We are part of a buyers network with 100+ M&A professionals, we can always introduce you to others if we aren’t suitable.
